Today, the fashion world and actually, the world in general, has been obsessed with originality. Now, I am all for girls being themselves. If you love hot pink hair and nose piercings, then rock it out! But if you love skinny jeans and baby doll tops, then I can only hope you wear it with confidence. I think being 'unique' has become so popular its not really unique or original anymore. People are trying so hard to look their own and be different, that they either look completely weird or they look like all the other 'original and unique' girls. It doesn't make you our what you are wearing any less great, if it has been done before. Of course, make it your own and have personal flare; that is what will make all the difference in the world. You don't need to wear haute couture to be a fashionista, you need to know you and your style and own it.
