Yes, back on track for another round of celebrity fugly. These are the people with the closets we'd kill for, yet somehow, amidst all their beautiful designer clothing they come out looking like this.


Now I realize LiLo, you're having a hard time being in and out of rehab, but really this? Why?


OK, I'll admit this ones not t-e-r-r-i-b-l-e but it is definitely ugly, so while this maybe shouldn't be categorized as Celebrity Fugly it can go on Celebrity Ugly. It looks like she thought it was Halloween so she started dressing like batman/witch, she couldn't decide, and then realized "WHOOPS! It's not Halloween" she's gonna be on TRL.
