CUT-OUTS are about to becoming very "in", and I'm loving these sexy lines. But, there is a fine line between sexy and skanky, when wearing such trend avoid cut-outs around the midriff. You don't want to be mistaken as a $5 dollar hooker, it's just not a good thing.

sometimes I sketch designs for clothing and bathingsuits on pieces of paper, I always do cut outs. Thats so cool they are hot right now!
