The holidays are well behind us and if you are like me, you have procrastinated those thank you notes. Beautiful stationary has always been chic, but it seems now more then ever it almost required to have pretty note cards. I guess a plain and simple 'thank you' just isn't quite good enough. The quest for chic and budget friendly stationary has been more daunting then expected. I do not want to pay $50 for a 10 card set only to have them read it and throw away. So it was much to my surprise when I found a set of gorgeous 10 note cards for only one dollar at Michael's.
Okay, so it's not
amazingly gorgeous but it is pretty....especially for only a buck
and I still have $49 left over. While continuing to browse their dollar section I came across this little box. I didn't need a box, I have quite a few, but this just caught my eye so I figured "What the heck?!" and made my way to the check-out line.
Remember, being chic extends past the clothes you wear. I apologize for the poor quality pictures, my camera cord is still missing.

I am like that too. I usually end up buying things I don't need because of the details I admire. The box is a nice purchase.
