I've previosuly written of my love for shiny and sparkly things. Sequins and beading have been a trend for quite a bit of time now, but I never felt it appropriate for more casual settings, for example school. I mean, do you really need a sequined mini-dress and heels to take a math test? No, but you can rock these cute sneakers from Urban Outfitters. I will admit they are border-line tacky, but I think that attracts me to them even more, like I'm being a fashion rebel. Just be sure there isn't too much going on in the outfit, and let the shoes shine.
