Yes, it seems to be the latest trend; white topped dresses. Personally, I think its adorable but it can look a bit old for teenagers and dresses can be expensive. Don't have the cash to splurge on every little trend that comes about? That's okay, neither do I, so I found this beautiful Forever 21 look-a-like and its under $30!
And best of all, they gave it their own little twist which made it a little bit more fun, and easier to dress up or down! Great for class and a Friday night date, definitely a great deal!
